Returns & Exchanges

MAKAstore.com will gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund, or exchange within 180 days of purchase. Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow 10 days for a refund of your purchase. Sorry but there are no returns on orders from outside the USA.

Returns and exchanges will not be charged for return shipping, however, original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

  

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE:

STEP 1: Email kindness@makastore.com

  • Subject line of your email should read “Return” or “Exchange” so that we can route and expedite your request as quickly as possible.
  • In your email please include the following as applicable:
    1. Your original order number
    2. List the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    3. For exchanges, please indicate the reason for the exchange.
    4. For returns please confirm the product is in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging if applicable.
    5. If the product was delivered damaged please include a photo.
  • Upon receiving your Return/Exchange request a MAKAstore Team Member will respond within 24 hours with details on next steps along with appropriate return shipping information.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURNED ITEM:

  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Please enclose the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
  • Packages should be shipped per the carrier indicated by MAKAstore with a tracking number for your records and ours.

 

TIMING:

Please allow 2 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. Note the two weeks begins from when your returned items are received and confirmed at our fulfillment center.

 

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, OFFERS, & FREE ITEMS:

Please note that applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. Please indicate any promotional items that were included during your initial return / exchange email as your MAKAstore Team Member may not be aware of this while they are chatting with you. There’s no need to be surprised later if we can communicate great up front. Kindness and Communication are key. Always!

 

RETURNING SALE PRICE MERCHANDISE:

All goods marked as ‘final sale’ will not be eligible for a return

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

We honor a one-time price adjustment within one week of the purchase date

Promotions, flash-sales, friends & family, and end of season sale will be excluded from price adjustments
